Doesnt start

I am currently on a IPad mini 3 when I load the game it gets stuck on the loading and you might say "wait for it, it is a huge update" I waited exactly 3 hours afterwards deleting the app and starting over still it got stuck I usually love your game but now Im pretty mad

Please fix this
